TEARS OF A CLONE…

clone army

Yes, I hate the New York Times because they are supremacists.

Yes, I read that shit all the time because it is that necessary.

There was a story in the Sunday magazine about the undoing of our army inside Iraq because the troops were losing faith in their leaders. Generals were losing the trust of the ground troops because their leadership was suspect.

New York Times: Challenging the Generals

The problem is that from the top down these troops are being commanded by people with NO experience in combat. It starts at the very top of this Republican administration and filters down to all the people that have been selected to command. If this administration doesn’t believe in the effort enough to commit their own children what is the message that ends up with the troops?

If there was ever a time to pray for the young men and women that serve in the U.S. military now would be that time. As the forces in Iraq are digging in for a troop surge, and the Iraqis are still wild for the night, I pray that the U.S. soldiers can maintain their heads and come home safe. This shit is a long way from over with.

The thing that disturbs me the most is not the lack of insight, integrity and leadership qualities of the current administration but the non chalant attitude of the average American. The Majority of the American people believe that this is an unjust war or at least will agree that the occupation in Iraq is being poorly managed. If the collective masses would show their discontent with the same vigor they have for Mike Vick and the illegal Aliens we might actually be able to do something about the foolish waste of life, limbs and resources.

You did the knowledge on this one, son. How do we expect to “win” the war if we don’t have confidence in those who are in leadership positions? And these same bastids want to re-institute a draft and their sorry asses haven’t seen a lick of combat nor would they want their own children to serve. Kiss my black arse on that one.

Pray for the safety of our soldiers, y’all.

Real Deal is back in the day Eisenhower say this type of thing coming, he didn’t like developing more destructive bombs, he told America to watch out for the Military Industrial Complex and in private he said he feared the day someone was president that didn’t understand war and the military.

  4. P-Matik says:

Amadeo: that’s true. Ike did warn the US about this very thing. Presidents use the military like it’s bug spray going against a fly in your crib.

    Amadeo,
You ain’t lying about Ike. I read dude’s State of The Union where he said just that. He already knew what was up because all the capitalists were converting their manufacturing plants into weapons factories. Shit like the Iraq war and the Gulf war were all about the U.S squeezing off their stockpiles of arms.

”and the Iraqis are still wild for the night”

That wasn’t a good phrase/sentence, not as in ungrammatically correct, it just seemed to easy – written in haste and without thought.

^ I’m almost at a loss for words to describe the condition of the Iraqi people. Their culture does not accept the system of government that we are forcing down their throats. Shit over there stays on some wild shit, with mortars and IEDs blowing everyone the fuck up.

Forgive my brevity which you may consider thoughtless, but understand that even a writer can sometimes be speechless.

God bless them, and may they all make it back home safely.
