I’m Rich And I Pitch, Biatch!

the rocket

How in the world do you tell a child from any walk of life not to cheat or do drugs when all they can see is the reverence and honor bestowed upon these talented drug abusers in the major leagues of baseball?

ROGER CLEMENS has set himself up to receive $9,000.00 for every pitch he throws in a major league game. I normally enjoy STEPHEN A. SMITH as much as a migraine headache, but he blew up the Rocket in this column here(no pink wooden bats). Imagine if O.J. Simpson tried to get away with golfing all over the place like the Rocket does?

Okay, that last question makes no fucking sense whatsoever, but you are still reading this blog aren’t you?

If you are among the people that think that ROGER CLEMENS hasn’t doped his blood, please kill yourself at the next intermission…

A Stephen Smith (ASS) got it right… Clemens is odious, and yes, he’s juiced.

uh…so i guess your also disgusted with how Bond’s duped the MLB it fans and besmirched the greatest feat in sports history?

If the Greatest Feat in sport is being clowned…what’s the beef w/ roger? or is it just that the MLB’s behind Roj and not Bar? regardless where’s the moral standard? or is it just F whitey?

^^GTFOH if 75% of the majors are juicing one way or the other(and that more pitchers have been caught then position players seems to suggest that) Barry is playing on a level field he still has to put his bat on the ball no matter what. Dont tell me about history this nukka Babe Ruth was using corked bats, the Mafia, and just plain thuggery, who knows what else to get an advantage. Also Pitchers fuck with the ball spitting on it, using sand paper. Barry Bonds “cheated” but if every one else is doing it, does that inherently make him the Better cheater or better ball player?

Its the game and it’s dirty…life expectancy is about…infinite.

They can’t catch up with the drugs…players, fans win…mlb loses credibility everyday.

^ Sangano, I don’t even appreciate that type of talk here on my page. Everybody here needs to speak to people like men and women that are standing in front of each other face to face. E-thuggin is ghey, unless you ar ehardbody for real. In which case, like my nigga P says, “Shoot me.”

Barry Bonds has been an asshole since forever. Your boy used to post up in front of the press gate at Shea and get the visiting teams autos. Bonds always came through on some haughty shit even when he was with the Pirates. Real talk is that before Junior Griffey broke down he was the greatest baseball player in front of Willie Mays (still the G.O.A.T.).

That being said Bonds public crucifixion is part of the supremacists ‘Boogeyman’ program which blames black men for the moral degradation in America. Mike Tyson, Leon Spinks, NBA jigs and O.J. Simpson have been the posterchildren for this movemement for much of our lives. Malcolm X and Cassius Clay were them dudes for your parents.

The mythos of babe Ruth and the all-time home run record are both an artificial construct just like race is, especially since a Japanese dude has hit the most home runs of all time. Word to Josh Gibson.

baseball to me….conveys a sense of purity, i don’t care if half the world is cheating, what did mami always say? 2 wrongs dont make a right….so in my book, there should be an asterisk next to that mans name, i dont care if “75% of majors are juicing” my main man Hank and a gang of others weren’t! these slimeballs don’t deserve to surpass them.

2nd of all does a “^stop riding dick” trump a “GTFOH”???..talk about e-thuggin’ i think E-Motions are getting the best of us on that one Dal…on the strength.

Lastly, I’ve heard about this dude Oh…and jacked straight from the Wiki pages here’s your answer to that one….

“during the span of Oh’s career the parks in the Japanese leagues were smaller than MLB parks, the season was shorter, and Japanese league managers typically used a three-man starting rotation. Oh also used a compressed bat through his entire career; illegal in MLB, compressed bats weren’t banned in Japanese leagues until 1982.”

anyway tru on Griffey being one of the true goats that was ravished by time prematurely…..hey maybe if he’d started to inject himself with hormones around the time BB started juicing he’d have had a totally different career!….regardless i’m glad we didn’t get to find out….that man’s played the game its supposed to be played and that deserves more repect and acknowledgement than these dopers.

hey I’m sorry But you started with a loud mouth Cuban over Beisbol!

^^ I by the way wasnt trying to E-Thug just saying you basically needed more people and I took my favorite Eddie Murphy line to convey my point that you were being Fantistic. No Harm No Foul and No Suspension by the TI Stern trying to take the ‘chip away from PHX

You almost hate to agree with him when he’s right but S. Smith is on the money with that assesment.

I don’t know if anyone works out in any of the various Gym’s/ Sport Clubs in N.Y.C. but I think about atleast 50% of the young core members have taken atleast one cycle. If you have any type of street knowledge you can peep the cliques and transactions. I’m not sure if its life imitating art or the other way around but mad heads are using some form of illegal performance enhancing substances on some Green Goblin Shite. Especially in preperation for the various college spring break festivities. In another 20 years I expect it to be the norm and possibly legal. Beware of the dude in the Gym that is always accusing people of juicing, he’s usually the biggest juicer in the spot.

  10. the_dallas says:

^ ‘Heem, you aint never lie. When my time came to juicing I had to fall back on the strength of Lyle Alzado’s memory. There ain’t been too many drugs that the kid has fronted on, but anything involving needles was too close to being a dope fiend.

Now if steroids would’a came with some orange hairs on them and crushed up lovely in a White Owl… I might’a could’a did it.

  11. LM says:

“Stop riding d__k” won’t come from me but that’s soft even ’round these parts.

Bonds is Boogeyman in this case, true. But part of that’s due to his stature as an all-time great (almost sealed even before he became a Giant in 1993, eons ago) and part of it’s because of his extreme arrogance — not just the arrogance of a top-flight athlete, the arrogance of a spoiled rich-and-famous kid who happens to be a top-flight athlete.

Be assured that if it was summer ’98 and Jeff Bagwell’s 1994 strioke-season numbers had been scrutinized more closely, the media would be coming down hard on both McGwire and Sosa. Why’d this happen later? Race, perhaps? OK. But McGwire, Sosa, Giambi, Palmeiro, et al. have been diminished severely and will be in the history books. Barry Bonds just happens to be the best and most accomplished of them all. I still hope he falls short of The Hammer’s mark.

BTW, I have no idea if Junior Griffey or David Ortiz or Ryan Howard or insert-beloved-slugger’s-name-here was or is on some sort of juice, but it’s hard to dismiss the possibility. (All it takes to speculate is to write a sentence like that.) I do know that they don’t beg for the examination like Bonds does.

  12. LM says:

DP, I was just thinking about Lyle A… it’s funny how football doesn’t get this same attention though I remember plenty of cautionary tales from the 80s

  13. eauhellzgnaw says:

“baseball to me….conveys a sense of purity”

That’s what they said before they allowed the niggruhs into the Majors–and you know what kind of “purity” they meant.

…and that’s why all the segregationist baseball stats are impressive, but even more tainted than the juice-aided numbers.

  14. hamsterdam says:

    *never did steroids*

  16. Amadeo says:

^LM, I think it’s easy to count Griffey out of the Steroids circle, alot of guys take them to aid the healing process…dude has been hurt about every year since I don’t know when.

The real issue with Clemens is besides that he’s probably juicing the league let’s him sit around until he’s ready to come in and play. Same thing with Brett Favre.

  17. LM says:

    Amadeo,

“Brat” Favre? (Jemele Hill’s tag on him at espn.com) Agreed, and not only for skipping minicamp this year. Clemens is worse, though.

About Griffey, it’s amazing he’ll likely reach 600 HRs with all the injuries he’s had… I don’t think he’s juiced or ever was, but at one point there was speculation that he became more prone to injuries because he did. Damned if you do or if you don’t. That’s why I think Bonds’ assholedom counts.
