The Dallas Mavs ‘chip had me reminisce on my favorite Metroplex mic controller. Dr.Dre’s protégé The D.O.C. was rhyming harder and more precise than any midwest rapper I had heard up to that point. If not for a car accident in which his vocal chords were damaged we might be holding The D.O.C. up in the G.O.A.T. pantheon.
One thing was for certain and that is the undeniable classic which is his debut album ‘No One Can Do It Better’.
The D.O.C. – ‘No One Can Do It Better’
The D.O.C. – ‘It’s Funky Enough’
Word.
the formula is the buttas
yo dallas someone hit me with an ill lifestyle piece from 06….the rugby navy/yellow nautical joint from like 06 with the zipper
the cuffs and the bottom of the shirt have little tears or holes in it right?
Flick it up so we can see it. A bunch of I.T.s from then came with eats and tears on them to give the pieces that ‘weathered’ look

D.O.C. was a very nice MC, shame what happened and a smaller one how useless Dre became– useless unless you were his steroid, etc dealer.

man the doc was real hot when that accident happened , we was loving that brother style in the hood bumping him hard with a 40 ounce and a joint , man those were the days.
snoop even said the d.o.c. showed him how to make music. he said he was rapping but he couldn’t make songs. until dre brought in d.o.c. to help him make his 16’s. i am sure dre lived off his pen for many years
the word is that d.o.c is a patient for a doctor who can bring back his old voice…
