I shot some behind-the-scenes footage with Joell Ortiz awhile ago that will prA’li never see the light of day. He is one of the most interesting and articulate music artists I have encountered. Joell’s backstory is ripe for a rap noir flick. I’m happy that some folks are taking a moment to document his life.
