Doreen I liked the article it has a lot of inhi.etWsile I do believe that there will always be a place for some middle managers I see that role getting smaller. In fact not only will that role get smaller but the role of front line manager will also shrink. Self managed teams on the other hand are growing.The future will happen so will change however, I don’t believe it will be an easy path. The goals and needs of one differ from another.
