Biggups to Chocolate Snowflake for stitching up my Dr.Doom hooded cape. I wanted to go to NY Comic Con today dressed as Doom and just geek the fux out. I stayed home instead and slept late, but next year I’m definitely doing the cosplay nerdcore shit.
NY Comic Con keeps growing by leaps and bounds to the point where it will surpass San Diego’s event for nerd authenticity. I ran into an old friend on his way into Comic Con so we chopped it up for a few.

I wasn’t exposed to anything but newspaper comics and Peanuts, Doonesebury (?!) and Mad magazine books from the library but am fascinated by the literary (yes) & and artistic legacy of 20th century comic writing/art.
Q: do ya’ll go back to the ’50s EC horror comics and such, “Tales From The Crypt” etc?
I was in the house I was checking out for you dp. I thought you would have been in the building. I had a lot of friends in the building but still missed most of them. To much stuff going on plus my phone died. 2 of my friends were on hypebeast mode they got to the center at 8 fri-sun. Stayed till like 5 or 6 each day they got a lot of swag. I went only on Saturday had a good time got a good share of free shit. the hypebeast showed me all the booths giving away free stuff. Took a couple pictures played a couple games and chopped it up with the unwashed masses. Only problem I had was to much young tail in the building. No way would I let me teen daughter walk out the house looking like that. Near the entrance this white lady had on no shirt breast just out chilling. She didn’t have a pass she was just out there waving. Smh they have kids around I am shocked no one had her taken away from the area.
next year i think i will dress up as well going do black panther
