I’m about to take a sabbatical from buying sneakers after I got this news yesterday. I just did a drop on the release of the white/red Air Jordan XIV (14) and then I learn that Jordan Brand IS re-releasing the Black/Red (BRed) XI (11) sneakers for the December holiday rush.
WTF?!? I predicted this shit after all the madness from the retro XI ‘Concord’ release this past December. Nike just retro’d the BRed XI’s in a package back in 2008 and now they are going back into your wallet again with a higher unit price on the same shoes.
Yo, I swear after I copp these Air Jordan 2012 ID ‘Altitudes’ I am not buying another sneaker for the rest of 2012. I’m not even going to buy a ‘comeup’ pair of shoes. Nothing. Nada. The sneaker game is now for fools and childrens. I’m dipping off from the game until Nike retros the Galaxy Foamposites.
Jordan is aware of the hype beasts and will capitalize. How else is he suppose to recoup the Juanita money?!?!

I leave these new retros with the cheap/thin “dope boy AF1” leather for the kiddies who don’t know any better.quality vs. price on them is hard to accept for those who remember the original releases and/or first retro’s. I actually like jordan whoring out retro’s though. a) they get some of them right materials wise b) they make more dough, and tinker can pump out more new heat (imho) with lux construction/packaging like the 2011 and 2012. that altitude ID is dope btw.
