I got some sad news this weekend that a member of our web-cipher and a very dear friend of mine just lost his dad. I suppose that we are at the age where we will have to assume the mantle as leaders for our respective family units. Our parents have done yeoman’s work by preparing us for this moment, but it still doesn’t mitigate the loss of a loved one. Especially not the first superhero that you ever knew.
Take a moment today to reach out to someone that you love and tell them this much. Take a moment to pause for my brother and pray that he will be strong at this time. I also need to take a moment to remind myself who I dedicated this website to.
Peace.
You are so right about them preparing us, but it is always hardest for us that are alive with the memory of the loss…We relive it day after day until the psyche can deal with the loss.
My condolences to you, it is hard to see a friend in pain. Most of all my condolences to your friend, who has to learn to go on…
Sorry to hear this. My condolences to your friend. I am dealing with an illness in my family too. You can never be fully prepared to face the loss of your parents. God Bless.
My heart and prayers go out to you, him and his family in this time.
Peace and many blessings
oh sweet friend may prayers be carried your way on the wings of the wind, peace to your and your family during this time!
peace to your friend.
good chance to reminisce on the work my parents put in for my sister and i. wouldn’t be here without there constant love, nagging, support, etc…

As always, gothca back homie. Nullus.
I hope they are able to find strength in order to take that head of the family role.
I will forever LOVE this picture of your folks…
My your friend find strength in knowing that they indeed DO have the tools to overcome the loss. Life MUST carry on… r.i.p.
