The KixPo sneaker and streetwear convention was amazing. Firstly, I met some friends from the TWitterverse. Secondly, I stepped on the field that the Dallas Cowboys play football on. The stadium is an undeniable cathedral to sports and entertainment. Sure, the people of Arlington and getting shellacked with taxes to maintain the spaceship, but damn it was glorious.
I put on my 2012 Year Of The Dragon Air Jordans. I’ve loved them ever since I got my hand on them. I popped tags on a Polo RL Modern Explorer knit with a dragon screen print.
I put on a compression sleeve on my right arm with the knowledge that my arm would fatigue from holding the handycam all day filming Sean Price shenanigans. I also donned a layer of DRI-fit cotton between my fine Polo wares and my undershirt sweat collection system. Texas was hotter than Hades. I don’t know how heads keep their icy sole kicks from melting in that heat.
I used the medium elevation insoles in my Air Jordan system. I also rocked a nice little G-Shock I picked up this week.

very nice with the architecture. i know you want to keep your wears clean, but wasn’t it hot as hell with 3 (undershirt, drifit, lo) shirts on? and you decided to dead the cowboys fit huh? whats up with the buttons tho?
I use a cotton base layer (undershirt) to retain my sweat. The intermediate layer (D.R.I. fit) keeps the base layer sweat from making my outer layer (Polo RL) have those crazy sweat spots under my titties and such.
As a big nigga, I’ma sweat regardless, but I don’t want that sweat showing on my outermost layer of gear

I use the Hanes as a base layer for me to sweat into directly. The Dri-fits act as sweat intermediary because I hate to have that under titty sweat on my ‘Lo wares
the modern explorer is something I’ve yet to come across in my polo digging in seattle, that jawn is official! dp keeping us aspiring…let me know the deal on those buttons too, never does it stop
More fiyah from the legendary Dallas Penn. Those Jordan’s are dope, folks will realize this in 2015 when Jordan does the retro release for them. Peace.
