SHOWBEE TO THE BIG CITY…

The NBA and all the general managers would NEVER let ISAIAH THOMAS pull off the trades for KOBE BRYANT and KEVIN GARNETT even though that is what the NBA needs right now. KOBE is the ShowBee, and with GARNETT on the blocks, crazy as I sound, the Knicks might just put in some work deep into the season. Plus the Association might actually be worth watching again.

The question becomes why would I want someone as selfish and egotistical as KOBE on my Knicks team. It’s obvious that ShowBee will be one of those athletes that talks in the third person in the near future. “What KOBE wants, KOBE gets.” The answer is simply because ShowBee is that good. Starbury is also selfish and ego driven, but he never dropped 81 evar, including the times when he was a Lincoln High School Railsplitter. I might even take ShowBee over LeBreezy. On second thought…

ShowBee does have better kicks than LeBRON though and that is what is probably altering my decision. KOBE in New York City means I will have to copp the laser etched joints in metropolitan blue. One word – Fire.

(sigh) i completely understand rooting for the home team…no i don’t do it here and mine has *”knight james”on it….but i disagree completely with Kobe and KG going to the knicks if they did trade. there is already an overflowing pool of talent and money over there. i think if your guys put there heads together, swallow the bullshit and play they could pick their weight up(i’m sure the story has more chapters but i don’t watch the knicks)….i don’t mean this negatively at all, i just think that although the Garden would be a lovely stage for Kobe, it’s too convuluted already…you think he showboats/ whines now( i don’t;zealots do)…i for one heart the Bulls and i ride with them as my starter team ALWAYS when the games begin….kobe would look hella nice in that black and red! KG would be a good inside man i think…no worries, get the shoes anyway!
*i really think LBJ should show a little more CONSISTENCY before he gets the king title….*

  2. Kobe…and KG…on my Knicks…

    Ahh, Dare to dream.

    UNO!

I’d take Kobe over Lebron quickly.

I like James game, but Kobe is a proven winner. And he has that winner mentality and the die hard ability of Allen Iverson when it counts. Kobe does not defer to his teammates when the game is on the line. Not even Shaq.

As far as Kobe going to the Knicks. Hey I remember rumors of Jordan going to the Knicks, not happening. Kobe is willing to play for the Bulls, the Knicks and some other team BUT I doubt the Knicks will be able to pull off that trade. It would definitely have to involve a 3rd and possibly 4th team. Well, I’m sure Isiah can pull off that trade.

All I know is that Kevin Garnett needs to be very vocal if he wants to be traded. Kevin McHale will hold onto KG as long as possible. KG really needs to become selfish and self-serving, lingering another year in the T’Wolves is just plain wrong. He’s been as loyal as possible with no results, just one Western Conference championship appearance.

If the Knicks get Kobe and Garnett, they Knicks will bring it next season.

Vee, no disrespect, but your comment on Kobe being a proven winner, he is….when Shaq is on his team. I’m just sayin’…

I would love to see KG on the Knicks too, but I’ll be surprised if it’s anything but a straight Dirk for KG move.

somebody please take kobe’s bitch ass. thanks.

vee- kobe doesn’t defer, but instead tries to do it all by himself when it’s been shown time and time again that he can’t. he might be able to carry the team for a game, but it’s apparently demoralizing for the rest of the team to have a cat like him trying to take over and have all the shine all the time when in fact it’s a sum of all parts and at the end of the day he can’t get a team anywhere all by his punk ass self. please refer to this season. or last season.

he is pretty die hard, but his mentality is more whiner than winner. when it works for him he’s a winner. when it doesn’t he whines. or points fingers. now he has the team he pretty much pieced together himself he doesn’t blame them he blames the office. i hate that dude. c’est la vie, egotistical ass raper.

    yes i went there. (grins)
