Good shit. I’m surprised you didn’t throw Jin in there, for comedic reference.
Mexico will save hip-hop

Jin is good people, he knows some people i kno in Shanghai, he is putting in serious work in the chinese hip-hop industry.
kinda a shame that he just gave up on the states when he went back. smh @ that one.
One thing I gave Jin credit for…..a few years back when one of those loser radio cats ran the joke about people getting killed in the tsunami………Jin wasn’t afraid to call them on it…….and put them on blast.
He could have just said nothing and not offended the people who controlled the NY airwaves at the time but he stepped forward.
My shirt is new, my pants are new/
don’t be mad a chinese kid dress fresher than you/
he destroyed some lame dude on BET with that line
I thought Jin was ill, he was just too novel to be understood back then, & Ruff Ryders didn’t help.
Good looks GM, I didn’t know he still does his thing. I’m gonna have to poor man’s research him. Last I heard he was gospel rapping.
I would’ve gave up on the states, too, if I had other options. American brand Hip Hop is becoming overrated.
the way that jin didn’t blow up..even a little showed me the limitations of his label….
just wasn’t packaged the right way….

^Word. I thought he fit in to the eccentric vibe they gave off; drag-On to DMX to Eve to LOX, they had a mad decent roster for all types to listen. Now RR is trying to make a comeback. No thanks.
