The Boot Camp Clique Chronicles…

world hiker

As the snow continues to fall in the northeast I keep pulling my Timbs out of the archives. The pair featured in this video are from the World Hiker series (68000s). I have several from this series and these are the least of the lot. I mean, I have two pairs from this series that were made in Italy! Seriously.

The World Hikers are the sturdy, secure shoes you will want to wear when the ‘new’ snow covers up the thaw. There will be ice and oil in the streets and you better make sure your steps are steady. Like my folks from OSD always say, “Tie up your shoes tight and walk good internets.”

I dead ass have these ad they were given to me by my cousin last summer. Best boots ever for New York snow weather. Plus the webbing between the tongue and the boot offer superb waterproofing to keep your footsies dry lol

Never had a pair, but those 68023’s look bulletproof!

I’m thinking Vasque is owned by Red Wing….or at least they sell the Sundowner GTX GoreTex which is classic material. I copped a pair @ the Red Wing outlet in Branson, Mo.

I bought these from the Timb outlet in 96 or 97. These boots were the shit. I live in S.Carolina and of course we dont get any snow, but it gets cold as hell and these boots stood up to the cold. Props Dallas..I wonder if u have the 6” camoflauge guide boot from around 92. I had a pair in 93 and i have never seen a pair after. The yellow stripe around the sole. Bananas….
