Getting My Grizzly Swagger Back…

Yo Diesel,

You feel like going to the Garden 2nite?

I’m trying to get floor seats after halftime (no NaSir Jones).

Memphis (no Calipari).

Damn this sounds like a threat and an invitation all at the same time…

Honestly I might have to rush the court and go Albee Square circa ’86 on Marbury if I get that close…

  2. Go after Isiah…he’s the one who traded for Marbury’s banging-interns-in-an-SUV-when-I-should-have-been-figuring-how-to-play-point-guard ass in the first place. You could make a movie about it for the ICs called “Bruising Isiah.” Things to consider….

With the way this season is progressing, you may be able to score a seat right next to Spike Lee, or at least great media seats.

EB – as much as I’d like to Jermaine O’Neal, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, RYUKEN! sliding punch Zeke, he might try and fondle me in the process…

Don’t wear an Earvin Johnson jersey around Isaiah, he might try to take you well beyond the bounds of nullus.

  6. That’s true. Zeke is not above some fondlation.

  7. @Evan: Completely forgot all about the other Earvin Johnson (no Magic). Zeke don’t discriminate, he’ll regulate every shade of that ass (c) Big Pun.

All this Zeke hate makes me queasy. I would have made some of those moves myself [ll].

I agree now that we need to make a change, but do you see the reports of Donnie Walsh coming to the Knicks’ brass. GTFOH. What has he done?

  9. Walsh highlights:

-drafted Reggie Miller over Steve Alford
    -traded for Jermaine O’Neal
-traded for Brad Miller and Ron Artest

I think he also brought Larry Brown and Larry Bird in to coach the Pacers. While I admire his past moves, it’s hard to think of how he’s going to rebuild The House That Zeke Burned Down.

DP, you must be joking. Zeke is an above-average judge of young talent in the draft. Otherwise he’s a horrendous GM. He has either been unable or unwilling to see the big picture, and every year he stays in charge the Knicks get further away from being contenders. You may have made some of those moves, but you would have learned some lessons. Isiah hasn’t.
