I’m using the Internets Celebrities FIT club movement to get my ass back into a gym to start sweating. I’m also taking the opportunity to copp some more ‘gym’ shoes. Nike pushed the level up a notch when they first introduced the cross-trainer shoes marketed by BO JACKSON.
Cross-trainers had been popular, but ultimately faggy shoes that were fine for low impact workouts and jazz-ersizing, but not strong enough for rigorous workouts. The Air Trainer SC was the godfather of the ‘all sports’ shoes. Nike properly re-visioned their classic with the Air Trainer SC 2010.
You see the Flywire supports on the breathable mesh upper so you know the shoe will provide the stability you need. The inner collar looks to still be comfortable enough to tie these shoes up nice and tight.
I like how Nike has incorporated an air max bubble in the heel larger than the previous SC models.
I don’t know where to copp these in person, but then again, isn’t this is what SFU-NYC tours are for?

I copped these in the black/black/black colorway back at the beginning of the summer when I got a $10.00 coupon from Champs sports at the same time they went down to $69.99. So far, this is my favorite of the sneakers I have copped this year.
I am about to fall the fuck back off the wagon now, though, what with a second job IN the mall.
