I spent the long weekend on my videomaking DEAN. Hardbody. How do you think I get the energy to search thru hours of archival YouTube footage to pull the clips I use for some of these BluCheez fanboy productions?
1) Chocolate Snowflake’s grilled chicken salad
2) Assorted flavors of OXYwater
Let me show you one of my treats on this reduced sugar diet I am fuxing with… OXYwater ice cubes that I like to put into my seltzer water. Seltzer is pretty rad from the rip with all them bubbles and shit, but the OXYwater ice cubes take seltzer to that ‘nother level you need.
Take one 20oz. bottle of OXYwater and one large ice tray. Fill the tray up with your favorite OXYwater flavor. I fux with the Island Citrus joint.
After your OXYwater ice cubes are frozen put ’em in a Ziploc freezer bag and repeat the process.
When you need a refreshing drink that has NO SUGAR, NO CARBS, NO CALORIES, NO CAFFEINE (fake energy) and the vitamin benefits coming from five(5) servings of fruit you just plunk a few OXYwater ice cubes in a glass filled with seltzer.
This is the program to get me back in control of my health. I’m going to have to activate myself with the dreaded ‘E’ word (exercise) but the choice of OXYwater over fruit juice or another sugar laden beverage has me on the right track.

I’m gonna have to peep that Dallas. I try to avoid drinking my calories at all costs (save the goodness of Olde English). This is a great idea with the cubes, and I might have to get fly and rock it with some Pellegrino. But Dallas in all honesty I’m on that troop with you. Just a few years away from 40 and seeing my peoples pricking their fingers at dinner I think I need to get on my grizzly. Simple goal – “40 for 40”. You got a crimey and a support system in this one broheem.

i still have not seen this drink. my family has a history of poor health. all the stuff you don’t want to have taking lots of pills. high blood pressure, the sugar, strokes a whole fucking gaunlet of problems. bignat is not as big as he use to be but i’m going keep going with it. i only blew up in weight when i had injuries as long as i stay injury free i will continue to drop weight. i have been given up on soda even when mixing it with my drinks . just drink it straight man up lol
