The judge assigned to the trial has permitted the defense’s motion to admit the DNA from this child as evidence for the case. WTF?!?
This kid is already fucked the fuck up for life by being born to a whore lady. What purpose do they have for bringing this kid into the mix? To confirm that the baby’s father was one of the men that this chick had sex with during the weekend that she was allegedly raped? Guess what people? She was a whore. Whores have sex. A lot. But most importantly, whores have sex with people that PAY for sex.

Also, no matter how much these dudes were assholes, the stories I read said that she was given a rape kit, which includes and RU-486, if I’m not mistaken. Why couldn’t people find a normal student to make an issue of campus rape?

It’s unfortunate that she’s not the perfect victim but I hope that doesn’t allow for justification by anyone to stop believing women who make an accusation of rape. This is an individual circumstance and all rape victims should not be punished for her lousy choice.
If she wasn’t raped by members of the Duke Lacrosse team, she clearly didn’t process the reality and aftermath of making a false accusation.
This is a woman who will spend the rest of life dealing with the ramifications of that decision. I hope there is a support system to help her.
