Won’t matter as much. Access to quality food is going to become a noticable trend in the widening income gap. Retailers will not want to have to answer the questions on why organic is more expensive and why there’s such a limited supply. Neither with the USDA. When big agriculture companies are able to find a way to go organic, they’ll do so in large numbers and start to price many consumers out.
As soon as Safeway, Publix, Albertsons devise a way to open large scale, Whole Foods style stores your ass is going to wish you lived in a farm.
