What the fuck is going on Black people? Have gang members become such cowards that they will target funeral services? Where does this behavior come from? To tell you the truth, it’s not that I’m even shocked. Let’s face it, white fucks everything up. What white isn’t busy fucking the fuck up is left for the Blacks to eff up. And the Mexicans. I don’t see the Chinese fucking up too much shit right now.

Who the fuck shoots up a funeral? That is some supreme cowardice shit right there. Sorry white folks, but that is some shit y’all are world renowned for. Smallpox infected blankets, hooded Klansmen, Nazism, David Hasselhoff, that’s all white shit right there. I can’t imagine some Black dude coming up with the idea to shoot up a funeral on his own. This is the only day some of these fools will wear a gotdamned suit and shoes. NOT athletic shoes, but real shoes.
Then again maybe some of these fools deserved to be shot up at a funeral. I can think of several reasons why I might shoot someone at a funeral…
The facts still remain that Blacks are finding new ways to redesign the paradigm for fratricide. I can’t even technically call the information contained in this WSJ article fratricide either. Just because the victims were all Black, and all poor, doesn’t mean that they were any more related to each other or community conscious than other folks of so called different races.
I have to constantly remind myself that Blacks find themselves in the Americas largely due to the willingness of other Blacks within their regional city/state to capture, kidnap and sell them to arab and european traders.
Maybe it’s time to stop using the terms ‘brotha’ and ‘sista’ along with ‘my nigga’.

How many rappers rhyme about “shootin up your funeral” nonchalantly? There must be at least ONE reference to it in like 6 out 10 rap albums, i think. It’s as common as putting “ya brains on ________ (dashboard, pavement, your fitted, etc)”.
As a young dumb ass thug, if you keep hearing about it in all these songs maybe it starts to make sense. Like “Oh yeah, that’s a good idea!”.
Granted, this shit aint new. As soon as there was gang warfare, there was some 1star thug ‘general’ thinking it makes ‘tactical’ sense.

Co-sign. I can’t remember the first time I heard reference to a funeral shoot out (maybe late ’90’s Hova), but I thought it was effin hillarious. These days, not so much. G-Unit stay shootin at caskets, mommas and preachers on they mixtapes. I get the joke, but these yung’uns mos def don’t.

This truly can not be life. I know life is harsh and it would probably make sense if these events were confined to one particular region but the report is stating that this is occurring throughout many black communities. That’s a major issue.

My first eye opening experience of someone shooting up a funeral was in the movie “Colors”. Everybody and they mama was in that joint. I have to agree with the person who stated that reference to Biggie saying something about killing at a funeral.

i believe the first black kid who decided to shoot up a funeral got the idea from a story he heard from his grandmother about the klan down south.
i know i will always remember the story my granny told me about how the klan went searching for her cousin, so they hid him and shipped him up north and told him to never come back–not even for his mother’s funeral.
sure enough, years later, the klan showed up at the man’s mama’s funeral.
and, no, he didn’t even rape a white woman.
i am only sorry that the children have decided to adopt the atrocious behavior of the klan.
