Mainstream Media Boogieman Journalism…

The newstand at the commuter rail station has a million magazines for sale.

I will bet you that there are images of Blacks on one quarter of all the magazines being sold.

Since African Americans account for reportedly on 12% of the U.S. population, but are pictured on 25% of all magazine covers you can make the argument that racism no longer exists.

DON’T try to make that argument just yet though…

ESPN (Walt Disney Co.) has put KEVIN FERGUSON a/k/a Kimbo Slice on their latest cover. America still loves (read: FEARS UNCONTROLLABLY) the large scary negro.

Kimbo Slice is one of the featured fighters in a televised mixed martial arts contest. Mixed martial arts is going mainstream and everyone is placing their bets on FERGUSON to be the MMA version of MIKE TYSON.

I’m fucking with the magazine sitting next to ESPN.

Whether its the Boogieman or the oversexuality of the savages, Black people stay losing.

and tell me you haven’t forgotten – i know you haven’t – this fiasco (no LUPE)…

  3. Vee says:

I don’t know if you saw the fight last night, but the language was very consistent.
    “He’s scary.”

I don’t have television service in my crib.

No more landline or dedicated internets either.

Been holding out on paying that Cablevision bill.

    Protesting the Isiah Thomas firing.

More like a protest of my firing from XXL mag.

    Stealing wireless signal from neighbors.

Listening to a LOT of college radio.

Mostly getting drunk off booty from previous obamas.

Courvosier, Belvedere, Patron and Gran Marnier.

  5. Vee says:

Grey Goose > Belvedere. Gran Marnier is great.

Patron, why pay the exorbitant fee? Then again there are many other high priced tequilas out there.

  6. the_dallas says:

First off, Belvedere >>>>> anything including water.

Secondly, my folks at Think Tank Marketing send me to obamas where i can leave with FREE bottles of that ish.

If I paid for bottles then I would still be drinking 40 ozs.

  7. Vee says:

    Free?!?
    DP = winner!

  8. That chick on the Hooters magazine cover used to work the downtown Atlanta Hooters two years ago. Vicious bust game.

  9. t-money bags says:

Kimbo got exposed on Saturday night.

Talk about overrated. He would get destroyed by a legitimate fighter.

    • Summer says:

      – My Galaxy Nexus LTE has been protected by Ve#82on&riz17;s silicone case for almost a month and half the time i have been forced to take out the case to appreciate the slimness of this phone. I have been looking for a case that would not add too much bulk to my phone but at the same time something that would protect against incidental drops and i think this case may do the job. It is very slim

  10. the_dallas says:

Since he isn’t that good why is he being hyped to this degree?

  11. Vee says:

He’s being hyped because he entered the game with a name just like Brock Lesnar. Their names alone sells tickets.

^t-money bags, yes he was exposed but outside of the troubling end of the 2nd round. Kimbo escaped a full guard mount and many other near match ending positions. He doesn’t completely lack a ground game, he just needs to repeat his drills, pick up more jui-jitsu and counters. And then there’s his cardio.

Outside of the hype, Kimbo has been consistently humble and knows his place.

  12. Mr. Rogers says:

Research says Black people read more magazines than White people….so of course, its more black people on covers…It’s just that White people buy them, we put them shits back
