SNEAKER FIENDS UNITE!

Peep the technique – Ellesse bag holds Mr.Feelgoode

Facebook has become a cross country class reunion. I’m grateful that so many of my classmates have fond memories of the kid. CANDICE has definitely been keeping the gloss on my name when she could just have easily thrown me under the bus. Thanks C. I see you are back to kicking ass in the football pool.

My homegirl SHAWNEQUA e-mailed me some classic Brooklyn Tech era pics. The funny shit is that I still have some of these I.T.’s in my archives. Not the exact pieces in the pics but replacement I.T.’s that I keep on ice for a rainy day. You don’t even want to know how many Oakland A’s and Montreal Expos fitted caps I have on stash.

    3. P-Matik says:

I thought I was the only one that remembered Spot-Bilts (pre-Saucony). I played baseball in them jawns when I was 10. I had them Kangaroos too when I was jive young.

    4. Candice says:

Baby Don’t worry you know that I got you!

Ah yes, that’s the DP I remember….so fresh and so clean. I am still mad that you dumped your sweet foxy puppy love arm candy for Tracy “Pretty Cut and Grow”.

    5. 40 says:

Wow… he said Prince. Tennis company brand tennis shoes were so clutch back then.

    6. Combat Jack says:

my knicca. u was definitely repping it well as a yung’un in bk. i can see why candice is still mad at you for dumpimg lil’ light, but i hope at least, that “Tracy “Pretty Cut and Grow” did the nasty ish lil’ light wouldnt.

    7. coqui says:

looking real carib there my dude.

    8. @Dirty Jerz: Those Ewing shoes (his own brand) were ugly as sin. They were to kicks, what Jheri curls were to hair.

      Combat Jeezy!

Welcome back home killer. Good to see you escaped the Carib hurricane season with the entire CJ platoon intact.

    10. daruffian says:

Spot Bilt = Pre-saucony> u took me back wit that one B. Way back on some Boris Becker Diadora shit!

    11. Combat Jacques says:

I remember some of my dudes rocking the Diadoras but were’nt they more of a Jersey thing?

    12. the_dallas says:

Diadoras were also official bone gristle tennis shoes. They have retro’ed them pretty much exactly as how they were made back in the days. I had a couple of pairs too, but the Prince joints were effing incredible. They were so comfortable and the leather was so soft (no Lil’ Wang)

    13. DirtyJerz says:

Word is Bawn! CJ, them Diadoras was NJ, early…even though I never f*cked with ’em, my whole team went in for them sh*ts!
