Bust Down To The White Meat…

Editor’s Note: We got the Youtube video right this time…

You see these kinds of injuries in college towns. Only a kid at university could figure out a way to fux himself up this bad. Sadly, or maybe not, I didn’t see anyone get their shit fucked the fuck up this badly, but I promise you if I lived in D.C. I would see this shit on the regulack.

Meka from the Dopehouse, Shabooty, Frank(FWMJ) from rappersIknow, and the enlightening and enigmatic Dart Adams all hit up U Street with for a TWitter takeover. Before the night was done The Ambassador had me in Virginia at an all night Korean BBQ joint. The internets do not sleep. EVAR!

Listening to all of this emo rap reminds me that I need to…

Run-DMC – ‘Pause’

Thanks for giving us all of that great music along with this jazzy tune that the internets turned into a great meme.

Complex mag’s deputy editor BFred asked a few bloggers what their take was on Eminem’s latest leaked album single – ‘Not Afraid’…

Anthem music x Eminem = Antheminem.

Eminem is the emo rap king, hands down. This song is the ‘Lose Yourself’ 2010 version. Get a ticket to Giants Stadium and get your lighters out. This song will be marching music for every loser this summer. It ain’t my bag, but this shit is gonna be big. Huge. Colossal.

Stalley: Pressure…

stalley pressure

Stalley is one of these young rap cats that I am fuxing with [ll]. I think I only really fux with the dudes from Ohio [ll]. Kid Cudi is from Cleveland and so is Stalley if I’m not mistaken. The midwest region is where most of the young talent that I am seeing in NYC is growing out of. Danny Brown is from Detroit and Freddie Gibbs is from godforsaken Gary, Indiana.

This is a nice little single from Stalley. It’s a bit emo, but mainstream rap might be the only place that a Black man is allowed to cry. Someone needs to thank KanYe West for that. I don’t see anyone pushing for legislation to add free pyschiatrist visits to the disenfranchised under the new healthcare bill. Until then, we’ll have to use this rap shit.
