On the latest episode of the Combat Jack Show I offered some sage advice to Black male teens for the times they find themselves without the ‘relative’ safety of their homes…

No More Fingerguns.

Fingerguns are fine within the confines of your home or your friends (see Chief Keff video screenshots) but outside of the home they are fearsome and threatening. Michael Dunn was prA’Li a racist already but when he saw those fingerguns pointed at him he felt a kind of ways and took action.

Unfortunately for his life, Jordan Davis and his friends had no real guns to put in their fingers. Stay tuned for more information like this on the Combat Jack Show.

SNEAKER FIENDS UNITE!

Nostalgia sell everything in our world and sneakers are prA’Li on the top of the list. Converse (owned by Nike) isn’t going to miss the opportunity to remind sneakerheads about the noise they have made as a legacy sneaker brand. Converse isn’t JUST Chuck Taylors. Sure, they are mostly Chuck Taylors but they are one of the OG signature basketball shoe brands.

The shoes I have here are called the Aero Jam. They were worn by Larry Johnson early in his career while he played in Charlotte. Jimmy Jazz sent me a ridiculous package with these sneakers I didn’t feature in this video so shouts to them for that hookup. Tell me what you think about this shoe. Would you fux with it or nah?

#100Days #100Vids

If you fux with my YouTube account you have prA’Li seen the video entries hashtagged #100Days #100 Videos I have been posting recently. The vids are all part of a larger life project I’m doing to make myself more productive as a videographer.

I carry my handycam with me everyday and film snippets of the shit I encounter. Some of it is interesting, like when I’m at an Action Bronson concert and some of it is mundane like when I teach people how to lace their shoes.

I’m not that vain to think that you want to watch me tie sneakers, but I do think you will enjoy my travels as I attempt to come up on Lifestyle deals. I found this rugby at one of my longtime fave Marshall’s locations. I’ve comeup on countless deals at this store and I was pretty familiar with the clerks and managers until recently.

The rugby was priced at the first clearance markdown (initial), but everything else in the men’s section from PRL was at the second and third markdowns (subs). The rugby somehow missed the subsequent markdown. My life’s mission right now is to get the second or third markdown for this item before I take ownership.
