Another one of my gifts from Chocolate Snowflake was the All Terrain Scout Transport from Star Wars Eps.5 and 6. The AT-ST was featured heavily in the battle for Endor during Ep.6 when we got to see what the inside of the vehicle’s cockpit looked like.

The AT-ST looks like the NYPD’s ‘SkyWatch’ system which has been deployed in poor neighborhood’s throughout the city. The devices are ominously aggressive looking even though they are touted as surveillance equipment in the neighborhoods they have been deployed.

I don’t think it’s a stretch to imagine the SkyWatch devices being outfitted with a traction chasis, possibly from a tank or some other military industrial vehicle and of course some kind of cannon.

I wonder if the NYPD SkyWatch seats two(2) operators like the AT-ST?

Or will the Galactic Empire make the SkyWatch a single-operator vehicle like the T.I.E. fighters?

I got my eyes on this company ICx Technology Tactical Systems.

They definitely have their eyes on me.

flying

I’ll be flying high in the new year with the latest incarnation of the Air Max design program.

The Air Max 2009 platform still reigns supreme, but the upper is laced with Nike Fuse technology to make these shoes as light as a feather.

ACTION BRONSON: Imported Goods…

imported goods

Here’s a video from Action Bronson I should have posted here a while back. Action Bronson has had an official visual presentation for himself this year.

I only expect major moves from Bronson and the whole Outdoorsmen clique in the new year. Rap music is coming back to being about actual lyrics and rhymes again. Thank God.

Cablevision has finally dug themselves out from under the storm of 2010 and restored my internets service. I was dying on the inside like you couldn’t believe. At least my feet have been plenty warm in all of this mess. Did you peep the video on the 40 Belows? You can best believe I cracked those new joints the minute the blizzard started. I could have gone outside wearing shorts as long as I had on the 40s.

Now that the snow is melting NYC is becoming a slushy, muddy, flooded mess. The Tims you have to wear in these conditions have to be light and agile, yet still ridiculously waterproof and insulated. This is when I pull out my urban aggressive boots. They are lightweight and usually cut right at the ankle. The boots pictured above are some futuristic ‘Beef and Broccoli’ type hikers. Fantastic nubuck uppers and Gore-Tex lining.

I got these boots from Timberland as a replacement for some defective hi-top field boots. The replacements came in a size 11 but this style is cut true to size and I need an 11.5 or even a 12. I’m reaching out to you internets to keep an eye out for these boots in a size 12. Let me know what outlet you spot these in so I can pounce on them ASAP. Here go the details…

EVEN MORE SNOW…

snow

You know I’d be remiss if I didn’t use the opportunity to take my action figures out of the house during a blizzard?

Peace to Roc Marciano, Sean Price and DJ PF Cuttin’.
