I am batshit crazy for the Air Jordan Retro 6 in the colorway called the ‘Detroit Pistons’.

The 6 was the shoe he wore to his first ever championship. The Detroit Pistons were Jordan’s greatest nemesis back then even more than my Knicks. When Jordan and the Bulls finally broke thru Detroit’s hold on the Eastern Conference it was a new era in basketball.

The Piston’s 6 has suede and patined leather on the upper with royal blue and varsity red accents thruout.

I couldn’t figure out why I was so attracted to this show until my boy Kenny sent me this pic. Now it all makes sense.

Sunday Church Fisherman Hat Revival…

The congregation should move from the Bring Your Own Blogger BBQ in Bushwick on Saturday to the Rumsey Playfield for church on Sunday.

The guest preachers shall be rap deacons Eric and Parrish (Makin’ Dollars – no Creflo) moving into the high sermon from the God MC himself – Rakim.

In the sanctuary, extra cornbread will be served to anyone coming from Central Islip or Wyandanch.

The church hat worn should be of the fisherman variety.

And would the church kindly say Amen?
