I remember after I did the first Bring Your Own Blogger BBQ with Combat Jack that I told Chocolate Snowflake I would never do that shit again. I had fun the first time but I also spent too much time administering the event. The bloggerati I wanted to politick with I ended up missing because I was too busy filling up containers with my special drink concoctions.
I fell into that same mode again at the BYOBBQ doing admin shit and not shaking hands or kissing the babies, or even emceeing the procession of entertainers who graced the makeshift stage at The Morgan. I can’t fault my partners Combat Jack or Peter Oasis who have the larger sense to know that I’m prA’li better at the back of the house getting high and barking orders.
I say that I won’t do this shit again, but I also said I wouldn’t do a podcast show at PNC Radio and a year later I’m still doing a podcast show at PNC Radio. I did meet one of the internets last nite and she has the best TWitter iD I’ve seen in a long time – putyoudreams1st
