DJ Brainchild from the Roots jam Sessions goes in with Phonte for the latest version of Gordon Gartrelle Radio.
DJ Brainchild is the dude that put me on to Marsha Ambrosious ‘Cloud 9’ and Phonte needs no introduction.
Fux with this podcast…

The Bring Your Own Blogger BBQ was exec-produced by my brother GUDTYME.
He was the cat from the ‘hood that made it into the game and he let everybody eat from his plate because he wasn’t a greedy dude. He brought me to mad exclusive functions and gave me a glimpse of what happens on the BUSINESS side of the game. Guds stressed to me that the word business was twice as long as the word show. Guds also told me that there would be a no smiling rule in effect from here on in.
I’m extremely indebted to Guds and I hope that y’all would treat him as you have treated me. When I needed to get on a day job that accepted my years of experience living in the city and allowed me to be conpensated for that knowledge despite my lack of credentials and even my criminal record, Guds helpeed me get on for that as well. Guds homepage on the web is The Gud Word. Bookmark that for me.
I fell thru a session of Beats, Rhymes and Life Radio, the weekly program that Gudtyme hosts along with DJ RPM(Rumplestilskinz) and DJ INFMATIK. I need to learn how to speak into a microphone better, but the music these dudes are spinning is all classic Hip-Hop. Let this podcast just play out while you surf the web.

^Shout out to Pearl Washington…
I’m gonna release more of this Inspectah Deck interview over at iHipHop.com, but I thought I would put a little bit of it out there now to coincide with the NCAA tournament in the opening weekend of March Madness.

I think we need Zhigge to toss it up at The ‘Lo-End Theory?
Crown Heights, MGV, East Flatbush stand up.

Grand Puba was definitely a style icon as an emcee because he kept his gear flashy (literally) and he had some of the freshest lyrics and flows. When music videos were showing rappers like Public Enemy and N.W.A. in all black everything Grand Puba was rocking the crispiest POLO Hi-TECH jackets and most official ALPINE spell out rugbys.
Grand Puba – ‘360 (What Goes Around)’

Timeless Truth honors the veterans of hip-hop thoroughly. When Solace knew he was going to cross paths with one of his favorite rap legends he made sure to show the man that the next generation is still repping the lifestyle quite lovely.
TimelessTruth – ‘360 Freestyle’

TimelessTruth will be repping this classic Hip-Hop at the ‘Lo-End Theory.
