Outfit Architecture…

Wednesday, May 16th, 2012

This week I’m going to finally pop tags on some surplus utility themed lifestyle. The modern explorer motif is seeping into my overall look for the spring.

The sweater is one of my favorite pieces in this recent vintage. The item is clean until you get a load of that native American print under the hood. The button-down was $12 Macy*s comeup but I’m really hype for the socks which were $2 at Marshall’s.

I’ve been wearing these Timberland x Rag & Bone moccasins a lot lately. I bought a pair off eBay for $200 and then found another pair at Century21 for $100 so I had to double up.

I’m not going to let the Air America lifestyle take over my whole steez. The next Outfit Architecture will be a return to the sportswear apparel we love so much. Thanks for checking in.

Celebrate Life With The People You Love…

Wednesday, May 16th, 2012

The annual KeiStar tribute party to Stevie Wonder was one of those moments when you realize how lucky you are to have someone to spend these days with. The party is FILLED with single ladies singing Stevie Wonder songs and looking for love. They’ll even be willing to give someone a tryout, not because they are desperate, but because they believe in the power of love.

Chocolate Snowflake and I found each other by sheer luck, but also because we are both true believers in the things that might be possible. All the advice I could give to you is to dance as if there is no tomorrow and always follow your heart when you let your heart listen to the universal song called love.

Rest In Peace Iz The Wiz

The early 1970s saw the growth of graffiti in a way that only its pioneers can explain. Classic Hits, the most visual book documenting this time period of graffiti art, tells the story from the view of originators Taki 183, Blade, Iz the Wiz, Alan Fleisher, and more.

Never Believing The #Hype…

Saturday, May 12th, 2012

The streets of NYC were alive for an anticipated Air Jordan midnight release. The Air Jordan 4 retro ‘Cavs’ ‘Metropolitans’ dropped to another level of hypebeasting for synthetic rubbers and leather materials.

I was there hypebeasting.

Or so I thought…
