I’ve been putting some ‘fits together to transition from the winter to this brisk windy spring we are experiencing. This outfit I’m describing is a bit of my Red Baron Flight School repertoire.
I finally have something to rock while wearing my Melo M9 Black Hostory Month shoes.
The Polo RL flight jacket is lightweight yet warm fiyahverkx.
More Jordan socks from Marshalls. Yo, I LOVE Jordan socks.
All these pieces have been the archives for a minute I just haven’t been able to puzzle up the pieces in my mind. I think I matched this ‘fit together pretty well. What do y’all think?
The Dopp Strikes Back…

The latest project from my favorite Trip-Trap Rap troop is titled HARK!. The Doppelgangaz are right back to doing what they do best which is creating dope ass beats and rhymes filled with psychoactive prescription pill invectives.
HARK! is a more polished presentation than their previous full length CD ‘Lone Sharks’ but they don’t lose their sense of grit with the advancing sense of marketing. The Dopp can’t jump the shark since they ARE the shark.
I’ve been letting this track fill my earholes for the better part of a week. I think it codifies what the Doppelgangaz represents sonically even tho’ its only an instrumental track. This song reaffirms my love for rap music. It reminds me of how playful the beats can be yet still remain hard and resolute.
If you aren’t already tuned in to the Doppelgangaz music open up their Soundcloud page and dive in. I pray they are the future for Hip-Hop, not just rap, but Hip-Hop, you know the culture and shit.

Remember Meyhem Lauren’s ‘Ray Lewis’? This ain’t that, but it’s still fresh.
STS has a new mixtape out pretty much in this chamber of alt-wave EDM soundscapes. He’s titled it ‘Gold Rush3’ but it isn’t sounding like the previous Gold Rush releases.
Maybe STS is rapping the same, but for some reason I can hear him better now. Crazy how that works. Take a listen and tell me what you think.
