I just received a pair of replacement boots for the defective Field Boots I returned to Timberland. These joints are some super lightweight futuristic hikers called the Cadion series.
The Cadion is a perfect hiker because its strong and supportive but totally flexible. Timberland makes them like the equivalent of cross-trainers or better still high-top basketball boots.
I had to indulge myself and give the boots a tryout deep in the Pennsylvania mountains somewhere near my namesake incidentally.
