When I was a teenager there was nothing that symbolized dopeboy swag more than a pair of Bally shoes. This is why I felt so official when I copped my first and only pair of Bally sneakers from the Fulton Street mall. Before Nike was charging fools a yard for the Air Jordan I was paying a buck for Bally tennis shoes.
The Competition is still the GOAT tennis shoe in my mind. I can’t even find a pair of them on the web to show y’all how dope they were. I did come up on this image of the classic Bally slip-on walker. These is the joints that if you stepped on his foot at the Rooftop roller rink MC Ricky D would shoot you about.

This was one of the best DP.com football pools ever. Even if the winner was in the lead for every single week of the season. With a few more focused picks I could have pulled this one out in the end, but alas, it was too late to steal victory from the jaws of defeat.
Not like how the Eagles ended the Giants hopes of playing in the post-season tourney.

Chocolate Snowflake is the best girlfriend of all time. She has been letting me stage my action figure film company in her laboratory. I’ve been working on some fanboy films that I want to put out from the Kimbo Price mixtape.
In the meantime and in between time I had these images sitting around from the Game Rebellion ‘Iron Man’ track. This is another band that y’all stay sleeping on. I decided to re-purpose the images for my favorite track off Ghostface Killah’s latest album called ‘Apollo Kids’ (which tragically, y’all are also sleepin’ on).

Another one of my gifts from Chocolate Snowflake was the All Terrain Scout Transport from Star Wars Eps.5 and 6. The AT-ST was featured heavily in the battle for Endor during Ep.6 when we got to see what the inside of the vehicle’s cockpit looked like.
The AT-ST looks like the NYPD’s ‘SkyWatch’ system which has been deployed in poor neighborhood’s throughout the city. The devices are ominously aggressive looking even though they are touted as surveillance equipment in the neighborhoods they have been deployed.
I don’t think it’s a stretch to imagine the SkyWatch devices being outfitted with a traction chasis, possibly from a tank or some other military industrial vehicle and of course some kind of cannon.
I wonder if the NYPD SkyWatch seats two(2) operators like the AT-ST?
Or will the Galactic Empire make the SkyWatch a single-operator vehicle like the T.I.E. fighters?
