I’m advancing the art of Outfit Architecture with the Modern Explorer 2013 I.T.’s I’m accumulating.

The ‘Fit begins with the footings foundation. The classic contractor boot from Timberland in a cranberry buttersauce.

Knitted watch cap with bear insignia.

Pullover sweater featuring union jack patch.

Cotton cargo pants. I need two(2) of these.

The Timberland contractor boots are a collab with the retailer VILLA.

The JTM (Join The Movement) boot is part of VILLA’s contribution to a local Philadelphia boys and girls club they support.

Getting fresh and giving back is the foundation (footings) of Outfit Architecture

PRL’s Modern Explorer series returned in fall 2013 with a consistent pedigree. It wasn’t too flashy, but it was well made wearable design. These are the pieces that become your weekly staples for years to come.

Macy’s and Modells are two of the classic NYC spots for you to come up on some affordable luxury.

I’m feeling these urban hiker Timberland boots called the Intervale Mids. The shoes are waterproofed and insulated but mostly they are affordable quality. Modells had them for $90 and I kick myself for not copping these from 6pm.com when they were selling them for $65

Macy’s coupon for this weekend is an additional 25% off of regular priced items and clearance pieces. $25 for the kniot and $35 for the zip-neck pullover.

Yes, I was on The Shoe Game taking a shit on the LeBron XI ‘Gammea Blue’ colorway because the Air Jordan retro XI is also releasing this holiday season in a gamma blue version.

But I don’t have access to the Air Jordan retro.

So guess what shoe I’m fuxing with for Black Friday?

sneakercon-nyc-11-2013-front-600x400

The premiere sneakerhead convention, SneakerCON, popped off in NYC over the weekend. I was on site (ON SIGHT!!!) to host a new sneakerhead reality show being produced by the convention’s masterminds.

I took a few minutes to document some of the goings-ons in and around SneakerCON. The lesson I have come to learn is that 13yr old white kids drive our economy whether they are consuming Hannah Montana, Justin Bieber or sneakers.

I’m excited for the next few Outfit Architecture drops I’ll be posting. The sales on Fall items are going nutts at my favorite spots.

I’d been stacking this ‘Fit for a minute, building it brick by brick until I had it correct.

I needed the LeBron X Elite ‘Superhero’ to make it all official.

The RLX vest is a stunner.

Vintage Polo Sport golf pants. Not Polo Sport RLX joints, but Polo Sport from the early 1990s. POW!

Caught this tee at Macy’s for $10 cent.

The LeBron X’s were a copp at SneakerCON this weekend. I been stalking these shoes and I was lucky to find someone willing to give me a deal on a VNDS pair. In architecture you consider your footings your building’s foundation. Outfit architecture is no different.
