DJ Premier stopped by the Combat Jack TV show and brought me back to the days when Hip-Hop was so beautiful for me. It’s crazy to think we sat with someone who’s music DEFINES a genre. While Guru (R.I.P.) wasn’t the greatest emcee he was the perfect complement to Premier’s soundscape.
Take a ride down memory lane with me for a moment and you’ll agree with me that DJ Premier needs to be placed on rap music’s Mount Rushmore.

As per my father AND my grandfather Willie Mays, the ‘Say Hey Kid’ was the greatest person to ever put on a baseball mitt, swing a bat and wear a pair of cleats. Say Hey just had a New Year start for him so I’m giving props.
