I haven’t posted a Boot Camp Clique Chronicles video in a minute partly because I haven’t been allowed to buy any new boots once Chocolate Snowflake learned that I was smuggling shoes into her crib undercover. Also because I have been waiting to receive a pair I bought from this Canadian dude before Christmas.
Those boots arrived just as I brought an older pair out to clean off. The white eraser pictured above is perfect for cleaning your light colored suede and nubuck shoes. Let me show you one of my treats on this reduced sugar diet I am fuxing with… OXYwater ice cubes that I like to put into my seltzer water. Seltzer is pretty rad from the rip with all them bubbles and shit, but the OXYwater ice cubes take seltzer to that ‘nother level you need.
Take one 20oz. bottle of OXYwater and one large ice tray. Fill the tray up with your favorite OXYwater flavor. I fux with the Island Citrus joint.
After your OXYwater ice cubes are frozen put ’em in a Ziploc freezer bag and repeat the process.
When you need a refreshing drink that has NO SUGAR, NO CARBS, NO CALORIES, NO CAFFEINE (fake energy) and the vitamin benefits coming from five(5) servings of fruit you just plunk a few OXYwater ice cubes in a glass filled with seltzer.
This is the program to get me back in control of my health. I’m going to have to activate myself with the dreaded ‘E’ word (exercise) but the choice of OXYwater over fruit juice or another sugar laden beverage has me on the right track.
