HYPEBEASTS UNITE!

I received an e-mail from an Internets who said he was starting a line of tees and wanted to make one for me in honor of my Sneaker Fiends Unite YouTube video series and general movement. Damn, that shit is dope when I learn that y’all really fux with the kid like that. Sometimes I wonder if my views and comments are only coming from spambots.

The design he sent me is pictured above and was inspired by my love for the Air Jordan retro VI ‘Detroit Pistons’.

Below the 8-bit profile of the sneaker is the text #HYPEBEAST. LMAO. That shit is golden.

SNEAKER FIENDS UNITE!

The holiday offering from Air Jordan in the form of the BRed XI was set in stone a long time ago. NOTHING is more iconic during the high holidays than the colorways of red, black and white (and green). Getting my hands on a pair of these Jordans will be like fighting thru the jungles of Cambodia (incidentally where the shoes are being made).

Ralph Lauren’s RLX brand is walking in lockstep with Nike in using the traditional holiday colors on some heirloom design I.T.s.

When I first saw this sweater I was hypediddy to copp and rock it with the RLX Rescue Expedition goose (that I still don’t have).

This I.T. covers the bases of outerwear and colorway. Plus, this shit is MEAN!

R.L.’s Native American print goose downs are legend. This I.T. continues the legacy. Hardbody.

But my favorite joint of all is this handknit sweater with the Thunderbird design. This is what I mean by heirloom quality. Too bad Jordan Brand doesn’t put this type of quality into their franchise offerings.

Log Cabin Lifestyle…

I love this time of the year. I’m already plotting my Outfit Architecture for the next few months. I’m going in for the nuevo-hikernati swag. I’m gonna be extra heavy on my Timberland grind.

I sold a few kicks on eBay so I could justify buying this vest in a meetup for $100

The plaid shirt and Tim 7-eye Goretex are from the archives at C.S. crib.

I love these Polo vests with the snap-off hoods. I have a black one as well, and now I just need the blue joint, or is that O.D.?

The 7-eye Goretex are sweet. I can tell you that I wear these joints without socks because they feel that good to my feet. That being said they aren’t my first choice as the footings for this ‘Fit. I’ve got my eye on a pair of Timberland x Rag & Bone ranger boots which are sublimely fresh. I’ma try and sneak this into C.S. crib under her radar.

I don’t even know why I’m putting these ‘Fits together since I don’t wear anything when I go hiking…
